In the last year, Interblock has revamped its customer service to align with the company’s goal of becoming our customers’ ultimate partner. Interblock has implemented a more systematic approach to bringing products to market, ensuring on-time delivery, and scheduling proactive maintenance to guarantee product performance, including streamlined contacts, additional service technicians, and additional training for those technicians. All technicians undergo extensive training on Interblock products, and after successfully completing training receive a certificate qualifying them for future service.
Interblock has also launched its newly redesigned service website, www.interblockservice.com.
Its new Service Ticket Tracking System provides detailed reports relating regarding responses to service and parts’ requests. These reports ensure we can measure response times, resolution times, average time between interventions, and more. These reports are a critical management tool, which will ensure the highest level of customer service for our customers.
