This year, Interblock invested in its service department, spearheaded by sales and marketing expert, Jennifer Saragnese, as part of our commitment to be our customers’ partner of choice. Interblock increased its number of service personnel, adopted preventive maintenance approach, and opened new markets across the globe in order to respond properly to our customers in a timely manner.
Most recently, Interblock named Jennifer Saragnese as Director of Customer and Player Service in response to the growing popularity of Interblock’s Electronic Table Games. Saragnese oversees Interblock’s global marketing strategy team from the company’s corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada, focusing on customer service and account management for all of Interblock’s existing customers. This team is a new addition to the Interblock organization.
Saragnese and her team work with all of Interblock’s customers to strengthen successful partnerships and create new ones, and will collaborate with customers to implement best practices around service and product performance.

Saragnese brings a wealth of P&L management, marketing, business development, and customer service experience to Interblock and its customers. Over a 12-year period, Saragnese held several roles within marketing, sales, and finance operations for GTECH, now known as International Game Technology.
