LAS VEGAS, Nev. (November 3, 2015) – Luxury gaming manufacturer Interblock® has named Colleen Stanton Kakavetsis as the company’s new Global Vice President of Marketing. With more than 15 years of corporate and agency experience, Stanton brings a rich and diverse marketing background to Interblock, including extensive experience as a global gaming supplier with one of the industry’s leading slot brands.

Most recently, Stanton was Head of Marketing for the Gaming Division at Scientific Games, where she was responsible for driving strategies and messaging, product positioning, supporting sales efforts, competitive analysis, and corporate acquisitions communications. Before WMS Gaming’s acquisition by Scientific Games, she held positions of increasing executive responsibility in their marketing department, ultimately leading their global marketing and branding efforts.
Casino Enterprise Management recognized Stanton as a Great Woman of Gaming in 2011. Her team was WMS Team of the Year in 2008, and she received the company’s Above and Beyond Award in 2007.
Prior to entering the gaming industry, Stanton worked as an Account Manager for a traditional ad agency, as Senior Marketing Manager at Britannica.com, and as Strategist/Producer at an Interactive agency serving American Airlines and MSNBC.
